Kristine W

Internationally acclaimed BillBoard recording artist Kristine W is yet again back on top of the charts with her latest project, FLY AGAIN, and is breaking dance music records worldwide. Since the album’s release, it has already produced three number one singles, with the third, The Wonder Of It All, breaking Kristine’s own record for the most consecutive #1 Club Play Hits. Now, with this first album she has released with Tommy Boy Records, Kristine W is doing a great deal more than just flying again...she is soaring!
In what makes her the first artist in the history of Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play to produce a string of NINE consecutive #1 singles, Kristine W’s latest release from this inspirational collection, The Wonder Of It All, has broken the record previously held by Madonna (7) and Janet Jackson (7). In addition, the album’s first single and signature track, Fly Again, took only a few weeks to reach #1 status on the same chart, as did its second, Save My Soul. Adding to these top honors, Kristine recently took home two awards from the 19th Annual International Dance Music Awards; one for Best Solo Dance Artist and the other for the single Some Lovin’ with Murk, as Best House/Garage Track.
Kristine W is not only an accomplished singer, but also a talented musician, songwriter and producer; all of which contribute to the success of FLY AGAIN. For this album, Kristine carefully crafted an All-star Team, surrounding herself with the brilliance of producers such as The Scumfrog, Mac Quayle, Orange Factory, Eran Tabib, Trendroid, and David Maurice. Kimberley Locke

A very special appearance by an "American Idol Finalist & Club Records Recording artist" Ms. Kimberley Locke. Kimberly, a Gallatin, Tennessee native to TV and pop music star via the hit series "American Idol 2," very quickly rose to fame and became the last-girl-standing in the #1 rated Fox TV series. In addition to being featured on two cast albums, landing in third place, found her performing across the US on a "sold-out" 45 city concert tour for "Idol."
Her solo debut album, "One Love," (Curb Records) includes her top Pop Radio hit "8th World Wonder," which entered the Billboard CD Singles Sales chart at #1, making her the first "Idol" to do so. The album went on to sell close to 1 million copies, not bad for a girl who was studying to be a lawyer before "American Idol" came along.
In November her new Christmas song is being released to radio called "Jingle Bells" (a follow-up to last years #1 Christmas song that she had) and has a Christmas CD in the works as well for the future.
Her new single "Change" goes to radio in late February, and is from her highly anticipated follow-up Cd called "Based on A True Story" which should be released in the March of 2007. Kim will also be extensively all over VH1 as she has signed on to star in their highly rated series called "Celebrity Fit Club" which starts airing in early 2007 all over the country. Kimberley currently lives in New York City. For more info please visit www.KimberleyLockeWeb.com

A very special "Aura Lounge" appearance by a GRAMMY award winning artist, the "Legendary" Ms. Thelma Houston. Award winning singer, songwriter and actress, Thelma Houston’s list of achievements are a testament to her ability to celebrate success and create new opportunity. Such a simple sentence to describe an extraordinary talent. Thelma claimed the top of the Pop, R&B and Dance charts with her high-powered rendition of "Don’t Leave Me This Way". This classic gold record gave Thelma the distinction of being the first solo female artist at Motown to win the Grammy Award for "Best R&B Female Vocal Performance". The song has taken on a life all it’s own, and has become one of the "defining" songs of the disco era, and has been licensed to well over 400+ CD compilations, including the soundtrack for the movie "Miss Congeniality 2."

Mark Alan Smith is a new and fresh addition to RSVP Vacations. We have searched the country looking for a performer who had it all. And Boy! Have we found it. This native Texan and his approach to entertaining is like, lighting in a bottle. He is not your typical Impersonator. Between his Vocal Impressions, his comic wit and singing abilities, he can transform any song into a Diva’s Concert. Imagine Bette Midler, Eartha Kitt and Cher, singing Wind Beneath My Wings, and all at the same time. From Favorite dance classics like Boogie Oogie Oogie and Car Wash, to Broadway, to awesome rock classics like The Eagles "Hotel California" and Queens "Bohemian Rhapsody", there are no boundries when it comes to his performance. Never think of the Usual when it comes to Mark, rather think the Unusual, then sit back and let the entertaining begin. Mark Alan Smith, an entertainer and a show you’ll likely Never forget!

Funny Boy Films International Waters Film Festival

RSVP and Funny Boy Films are pleased to announce the inauguration fo the International Waters Film Festival. The festival presents a mixture of mainstream and independent films, which exemplify the diverse interests of the GLBT community. IWFF will be showcasing the work of four writer/directors: Del Shores ("Sordid Lives"), Q. Allan Brocka ("Boy Culture"), Phillip Bartell ("Eating Out 2 - Sloppy Seconds"), and Jonathan Caoutte ("Tarnation") who will each be on hand to present their films, and do Q&A's. Also, Funny boy is producing with Three Dollar Bill Productions, the hilarious gay improv show "Wedding of Mass Destruction" featuring GAYCO. Born at the famous Second City in Chicago this hilarious comedy troupe will perform sketches and improv scenes for the guests on the cruise.

Founded in 2002, Funny Boy Films was the brainchild of President/CEO Kirkland Tibbels who saw at the time a dearth of film and television content being created specifically for the gay and lesbian market. Dubbed the "first gay studio" by Details Magazine, Funny Boy Films quickly became a force in gay/lesbian entertainment signing a multi-picture deal with theatrical and video distributor TLA. Funny Boy’s inaugural film, the award winning romance "Latter Days," written and directed by C. Jay Cox, was a box office hit – as one of the highest grossing independently produced gay features of 2004. The film, which starred newcomers Steve Sandvoss and Wesley Ramsey alongside veteran actors Jacqueline Bisset and Mary Kay Place, was picked up for television as part of the 2005 launch of Viacom’s LOGO Channel. Following "Latter Days," Funny Boy produced the 2005 festival favorite "Adam & Steve," written and directed by Indy actor and gay icon Craig Chester. The film, which stars Chester along with Malcolm Gets, Parker Posey, and Chris Kattan was released by TLA in March, 2006. Funny Boy is currently producing the filmed version of the long-running off-Broadway hit "Naked Boys Singing," to be released in 2007, and will follow that production with "Southern Baptist Sissies," based on the play by acclaimed writer/director Del Shores.
